Greenhouse solution 2 MWe

In the summer of 2019, Dordtech has realized 2 projects in Limburg, where 2 new CHP installations have been supplied for greenhouses. Systems have also been equipped with the newest fully integrated Dordtech exhaust gas cleaner. These Siemens high efficient 2 MWe engines are the first CHP’s in The Netherlands for a greenhouse application.    

The results of the first months show an efficiency that significant higher than the engines that are replaced in this project. This assures that the decision made by the greenhouse owners is worth the investment.

Unique in these installations is the integration of the new developed Dordtech exhaust gas cleaner. The interaction with the motor management system will have its positive effect on the efficiency. It provides for ultimate low emissions in the exhaust gas, resulting in high qualitity CO_2.

The complete project is developed, supplied, build and commissioned by Dordtech Projects. Maintenance and 24/7 monitoring and service is provided by Dordtech Maintenance. This applies for the complete installation and includes CHP as well as exhaust gas cleaner.  This is unique in the Dutch market and provides comfort for the greenhouse owner.
