Biogas powerplant Hardenberg

In 2016 Dordtech has supplied and installed a Guascor Energy combined heat and power (CHP) with a 1,2 MWe capacity.

This installation runs on biogas extracted from an innovative mono-digesting technology.  With a stable and optimal digesting process,  the biogas produced does contain a substantial higher percentage of Methane. The combination of the innovative technic together with the efficient Dresser-Rand Guascor engine, does provide for an optimal and for the market, very good result.

For this ambitious project Dordtech realized the engineering, supply, installation of the CHP, the gas pre-treatment and the disconnection of heat including provision for dumpcooling.

Since realization Dordtech Maintenance does provide for servicing the installation based on a 24/7 online monitoring system.
