Dordtech attaches great importance to the careful handling of personal data. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

 

Dordtech is the party responsible for data processing. In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose. We recommend that you read them carefully.

In our processing, we comply with the requirements of the privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that:

 

  • We clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do this through this privacy statement.
  • We limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data that is necessary for legitimate purposes.
  • We will first ask you for explicit consent to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required.
  • We will take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and demand the same from parties that process personal data on our behalf.
  • We will not publish your customer data.

When using our services, we obtain certain information from you. This may be personal data. We only store and use the personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or of which it is clear that it is provided to us for processing.

Handling orders and services

In addition to the information on our website and social media, we may also inform you about our new products and services:

We may offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your email address will automatically be added to the list of subscribers.

 

Contact

Through our service, we offer the possibility to ask questions via a contact form, where you are asked to fill in various details in order to handle your question. You choose which data you provide. The data you send us will be stored for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail requires for the complete response and handling thereof.

 

Disclosure to third parties

We may pass on your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the implementation of the agreement.

 

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our service. We do not have a data processing agreement with Google. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and we do not anonymize the IP addresses.

 

Security

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.

 

Retention periods

The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to use our service. After that, we store data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described.

 

The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).

 

Third-Party Websites

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are linked to our service. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend that you read the privacy statements of these websites before using them.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.

 

Viewing and changing your data

If you have any questions about our privacy policy or if you have any questions about access to and changes to (or deletion of) your personal data, please contact us at any time.

 

You can send us a request to view, change or delete this data. In order to prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself adequately. When it comes to access to personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find these in the settings of your browser. If the data is incorrect, you can request us to change the data or have it deleted.

Of course, we will be happy to help you if you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data. Under the privacy legislation, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority against this processing of personal data.
